Nova Knuckles, 9 inch blade comes out of wrist and goes past the knuckles. Chargeable.
Amarr
Scrambler Knuckles, Has lasers that come out of holes in the knuckles and crisscross 5 inches in front of the fist.
Minmatar
Ballistic Fist, automatically cocked glove that fires the front of the knuckles forward when a strike with a target connects.
These would be sidearms, but would be fully accessible while using your main weapon, simply by clicking the melee button.

It wouldn't be.because there would be a recovery time, and if you missed you would be at a severe disadvantage.
