WOW.
the server infrastructure which CCP have in place is shocking, my internet is poor but I have never had
such a terrible experience when it comes to playing against people in other countries.
Further more I've never seen a bigger bunch of babies in my life. Every single Japanese player has a proto rail rifle,
NO EXCEPTIONS. Proto suit and damage mods, no exceptions.
1v1 with my SCR even with a charge shot I could NOT beat their rail rifles even after losing 1v1 10 times.
It was mainly lag but it goes to show how ridiculously over-powered the rail rifle is. Plus it's deadly accurate,
I don't know if the rounds are too big or what but you land shots without even aiming precisely, it's like you don't
even need to bother aiming, and if you miss? doesn't matter you have 42 rounds.
I'm sure the rail rifle damage is getting a nerf but nerf the clip size too. and nerf the range.
the range is the worst part because on low health you can get one-shooted by a rail rifle 70m away.
Anyway I went negative every single game, lost 100s of thousands of ISK every game. If you want to be
mercilessly proto-stomped by the worst culprits of crutch-abusers who are destroying this game then play
on the Asian server.
Those of you don't have problems, GOOD, I don't want you to!
Come back to the EU server, go 30-6 with 6 Maphia on my side, top kills. that's how it is every pub game I play
top kills 30-40 kills no problem with the scrambler rifle.
SCR will once again reign supreme after these stupid, obnoxious new weapons are toned down.
reduce the CRs RoF, by a LOT, add delay between bursts.
REMOVE DAMAGE MODS, INCREASE TTK, GIVE US A REASON TO DUAL TANK AGAIN

yeh I know, i just like ranting. I feel better already about all the lost ISK.
I only played there because I was grouped up, I wouldn't have subjected myself to that torture otherwise.
maybe when/if they finally rollout fibre optic broadband here (countryside, middle of nowhere) i will have another go!

pull out a starter fit, that one sentence right there lets me know that I don't have to take anything you say seriosly
because it's all a load of BS.
No I chose the SCR because I like the way it fires, looks and sounds, I like the amarr suit and how it looks
so I combined the two.
the problem IS the rail rifle and you inability to realize that the rail rifle is too powerful, does too much damage at range,
i just went 33-3 with the rail rifle without ANY EFFORT WHATSOEVER.
I could shoot people from rooftops from 60m without even having to try.
the rail rifle is ridiculously overpowered, why do you think every single player in the game is using one??
it's gotten to the point where you HAVE to use a rail rifle, if you don't you'll be killed by someone who does!!!
