I've seen a few threads offering ISK and other rewards in exchange for earning 100K WP on a recruiter link.
The recruiter program clearly states is to encourage new players to join DUST. Has anyone been censored for recruiting existing mercs to recruitment links? I don't know if these pay for recruits schemes are technically against the terms and conditions and CCP is turning a blind eye or if they are OK.
From a external point of view, those offers are kind of fascinating as it's the purest form of player-player merc transaction I've seen in DUST. I hope it's OK since this element of gameplay and meta adds to the overall appeal of DUST simply because it's possible. I would also like to get the recruiter rewards but unfortunately don't have any friends active on PSN that will give it a go.
A blue tag would be awesome but I doubt that will happen.

Not alts, new PSN accounts. Many players have multiple PSN accounts.

To be clear, I'm not pondering if CCP would be able to detect accounts made solely for the purpose of obtaining recruiter rewards.
Let's assume CCP could make a case if they wanted to based on user activity, ISK transfers, dormancy, etc. With that said, Jack Kittinger makes a point that there are as many "legitimate" dormant recruits as there are dormant accounts formed to get the rewards.
The point isn't whether or not CCP can detect the activity, it's publicly posted on the forums by multiple users if they wanted to make a few examples. The point is are they or have they taken action against it or is it sort of gray player activity that isn't doing any harm and is basically ignored?
I would be interested in more info from users who have offered rewards and whether it turned out well. I would assume the completion rate is very poor, I don't think people quite understand how bad this game is when you are militia cannon fodder for 200+ games.
