50%? I don't think you understand stamina recharge. Also an 11 shot Mass Driver doesn't sound borferline OP enough for you?

Gallente are getting exactly what we figured they would get...
The Amarr Assault seems lacklustre compared to the Minmatar one...

Stamina Recharge works on a Stamina/second thing. More suits have 20ish Stamina Recharge right now. That number is changing in 1.8...

401 shields is pretty good... My suits typically only have 525 armor, I don't think shields are as UP as everyone makes them out to be.

That's what Logibro said Bout the Standard Logi suits... and since the CPU/PG of suits follows an established pattern (for the most part, the Callogi/Amlogi/Amassault deviate a small amount) it can be assumed the higher tiers aren't changing either.
