The only interesting stuff would be a huge stamina recharge of either 45 or 50 for Minmatar Assault, the rest was kind of meh information tbh. He didn't say whether Logis got a CPU/PG nerf or Assaults got a CPU/PG buff or anything like that, which is likely the most important thing to know.

Gallente getting 2 was pretty much known since the Heavies get 1 and the Scout 3. Just like the Caldari getting 40 shield recharge is pretty much given since Sentinel get 30 and Scout 50.
We already know there won't be any slot changes to medium suits, so nothing exiting there either.

Standard Minmatar Logi keeps the same amount of CPU/PG. That doesn't say much though since the Standard Amarr Sentinel also keeps the same amount, but the higher tiers get more (hint higher Logi tiers might get less).

OP has it wrong. Logibro said Caldari Logi will get another 5 to shield recharge (so 25) and shield delays will be 4/6 I think it was (currently 6/8). He didn't mention Caldari Assault at all.

He was talking about Caldari Logi, not Assault.
He said delays is being changed to 4/6 from 6/8. Assault currently has 5/8.

You guys should really keep in mind that Logibro merely told us about a few changes. He even mentioned that we could see the full changes in an upcoming devblog. These changes are (or should be at least) far from the full changes being done to medium suits.
I'm 99% this will also happen with medium suits:
Caldari Assault will get a 40 HP/s shield recharge, currently 25. Caldari Sentinel has 30 and Caldari Scout 50, so it makes sense for the Assault to have 40.
Caldari Assault will get lower shield recharge delays, currently 5/8. They will be similar to the delays Caldari Scout and Caldari Logi will have (3/4 and 4/6 respectively), but I can't give exact numbers.
Assault suits will get a CPU/PG buff. How big it will be I'm not sure, but it will be noticeable.
I'm 50% sure this will happen:
Higher tiered Logi suits will get a CPU/PG nerf. We know that at least the Standard Minmatar Logi will have the same amount of fitting space as now, but it seems likely that higher tiers will get a nerf. The reason for this is that all Logis get a fitting bonus for their equipment, so even with a nerf they will actually have the same fitting space available as now. If you believe it's unlikely that they'll only change CPU/PG values on Advanced and Proto tiered suits and not also Standard tiered suits, I can tell you that the 1.8 Standard Amarr Sentinel will have the same fitting space as now while the Advanced and Proto have gotten a buff.
Other than that I'm not quite sure what changes they'll make to medium suits and only time will tell.

If's 25 for the Logi, he didn't give any changes for the Assault (which again doesn't mean there won't be any).
