Have you considered the fact that DUST is based in the EVE universe (Obviously) and the EVE universe while encompassing planets also primarily involves space.

There is much scope for levels that are set in space.
By this I mean, maps/levels that are set on space stations, industrial space facilities, asteroid colony's etc etc....

I'm thinking about all of those bases, structures and other things we see in EVE from time to time when we are in a mission, or at a deadspace complex.

Think of the possibility of the varied levels we could have. Would anyone else like to see different environments like space stations, space bases, sanctums etc....

This is known to them and they want to do it, just not a priority right now...

I know it is probably not a priority, but I get all excited when I start thinking about fighting Sansha on board their stations, or sneaking into Serpentis Fleet shipyards and battling in tight quarters on-board a dark and dingy Serpentis space base.

Or perhaps even on asteroid colony's where gravity is a lot lower and people are space jumping around fighting in mid air! How cool would that all be!

Once upon a Time, actually about a year ago. CCP said they had an internal working test map they called "Cloud City" If I recall correctly. The idea behind it was Gas Giant planet.

If you've played Ratchet:Deadlocked/Gladiator and remember the Asteroid level (Velix Belt, I think it was called) I want a map like that. It was awesome.

Insomniac Games is awesome when it comes to environments. You guys should browse through their concept art.
