EDIT: Now, with something useful:
Assault [5% reduction to PG/CPU cost of light/sidearm weapons] - Caldari Assault: +5% to reload speed of hybrid railgun light/sidearm weapons per level. - Gallente Assault: 5% reduction to hybrid - blaster light/sidearm hip-fire dispersion and kick per level. - Minmatar Assault: +5% to projectile light/sidearm and +1 to Minmatar explosive weaponry clip size per level. - Amarr Assault: 5% reduction to laser weaponry heat build-up per level.
Logistics [5% reduction to PG/CPU cost of equipment] - Caldari Logistics: +10% to nanohive max. nanites and +5% to supply rate and repair amount per level. - Gallente Logistics: +10% to active scanner visibility duration and +5% to active scanner precision per level. - Minmatar Logistics: +10% to repair tool range and 5% to repair amount per level. - Amarr Logistics: 10% reduction to drop uplink spawn time and +2 to max. spawn count per level.

Its all really bad me no liky liky assult will need epic stat changes to buff it to compare with its piers and logi is a joke who wants to hold a repper anymore ccp u killed real logistics why do i have to go proto to still be a shadow of what my loginess should be. Im thinking if they give respects im going full vehicle specalist like i was pre 1.7 not happy with the nerfs. However exited about heavys and scouts though

Gallente Assault Bonus is the worst out of all of them because it only fits two of their weapons.
No Plasma Cannon or Shotgun.
Would be happier if they changed it to increased RoF for hybrid Plasma weaponry instead of Blaster. |

Won't happen. CCP is obviously giving class based bonuses. Its also quite clear they are actively trying to stay away from module based bonuses as well, since not a single suit will get one in 1.8...
Assaults get bonuses to the ability to lay down fire with their racial weapons. Logis get bonuses to their racial equipments effectiveness. Commandos get bonus damage for their racial weapons.(or was it reload speed? I can't remember.) Sentinels get bonuses to tank damage from their enemy and ally races weapons. Scouts get bonuses for their races 'scouty' aspects.
Those are the cards that have been dealt.

In my opinion the Gallente Assault bonus should be changed. To what, I don't know. How about a 1 or 2% range increase on hybrid-blaster weapons per level?
There needs to be a decent bonus for hybrid blaster weapons, because they're made for close combat meaning you have to get CLOSE to your enemy to kill them, but the problem is there is something in the game WAY better suited for that. It's called the HEAVY MACHINE GUN. No comparison.

The hipfire can stay as long as complex armor reps go up to 10+ |

The hipfire can stay as long as complex armor reps go up to 10+ This I can agree with. We need more viable tanking styles than shields/rmor, or damage/armor. Rep tanking is an awesome tanking style! Maybe not so high though? Would 8 be a happy medium?

Reload bonus for Caldari is bad because the Commando already has that bonus but for all light weapons Plus other reasons pointed out by many others. I'd like something like increased zoom.
Gallente bonus should be along the lines of ROF or something more DPS.

Assault should cover some defense and some damage. Logistics shouuld cover defense and ease of use of equipment(deployment, fitting etc)
CCP don't play dust514, they don't test Dust514, CCP will kill Dust514

*reduced dispersion on SG = win/ further effective range because all rounds hit a target at further out. *reduced kick means rounds can shoot faster without waiting to re-aim. *reduced kick/dispersion on AR/Tac AR means much better accuracy at hip fire.
I think it's going to be a solid skill. |

Logis are a mixed bag.
As for assaults, thinking along the lines of racial suit+weap the Amarr suit made out like a bandit, followed by the Matari suit, since the pg/cpu reduction is kind of wasted on Matari weapons.
The not so good are the Gallente and Caldari. Gallente aren't that bad off since it does seem to provide some fringe benefit but the Caldari is just plain terribad.
