Non lethal disorientation Grenade designed to be used for crowd control, especially amongst slaves where loss of life is unacceptable. Should be more like a concussion nade though.

Since in EVE The amarr specialize in weapon disruption and energy destabilization.
I think the Amarrian Grenade should be something that distorts your aiming. A weapon similar to flashbangs would work but a different means to do that since our dropsuits would easily defeat a flashbang.
Something like An electric disortion grenade that obscures a players sight for a set amount of time. the effect I'm imagining would be closest to when you get water poured over you and you still try to see. Edit: Image explains it better. Imagine that but a little more intense. |

I always felt like the Flux grenade should have been the Amarr's version of the grenade. It deals EM damage that knocks out shields and electronics. In EVE, Amarr Lasers primary damage attribute is EM.
Instead Flux grenades are manufactured by Gallente corps. (Allotek, I think.)

The Amarr aren't technologically stagnating. They are often setting the bar for military innovations, including clone implants, but are slow to adopt outside technologies.
The slaves are not rebelling. They already have, and the rest remain content or docile.
First race of the Four to master Space Travel.
The Amarr fear nothing. Templar One confirmed 2 things. One that the Amarr Navies and Military are the largest and hold the most sway, and were in Mordu's eyes, winning. Two, the Amarr have never committed more than 25% of their military strength to any one engagement or war. Not even to this day.

IMO
Puts out a large radius of EM waves so it basically cooks you like a microwave. It is visually appreciated by looking like a glowing meteorite. People in the near vicinity do in fact take damage over time but at the rate they are taking it it's just too late for them, kills them too quickly to make a move so it still has the effectiveness of the locus nade. However it remains active for a good 6 more seconds and acts like area denial.
Damage like I said near the origin is given at a high rate so it's hopeless. As you move up the radius you take a lighter damage rate (much like radioactive substances: distance from source). Again it's em waves so it does 120% shields, 80% armor. However the 80% against armor will still deal relatively substantial damage over time. Anything below 1/3 it's blast radius is most likely going to die unless they armor tanked or are fast enough without being too skimped on health.
4 PG standard 6 CPU standard Max Carry: 2 (3 at proto baby)
They look like a small golden bowling ball with intricate decorations (Amarr Fab) and only one thumbhole. Makes a much better Tick Tick noise than the current nades. Would probably play a Fanfare when it detonates.
Please deposit likes in Swiss Bank account. The Feds don't ensure beyond 3k.

I likes the "multispectral" grenade idea from a few months ago. Basically, it just releases a massive amount of every radiation type known to man. Its effects would include a small amount of damage and complete disorientation for for a few seconds over a blast radius larger than that of the flux grenade.

Could make it prevent stamina regen over X seconds, too. OR, wait, make it prevent shield and armor regen (native, mod and rep tool) for a period of time OR make it sap health (flat number? %?) and apply it to the thrower and/or nearby blues OR make it decrease/neutralize resistances against damage types with a progressively wider blast radius per ties (particularly useful for the wielders of laser weapons with their highly staggered damage profile, or against the coming horde of heavies).
