I played ALOT of SOCOM & SOCOM II and into III even but lets face it after the first installment it was all downhill. I played for Shadow Assassins, RevOlution, and N@ked G@mers under the handles EVA-01 & FADEr & was lucky enough to be on 2 ESeals championship teams, as well as being a finalist 3 times so I have good experience in competitive team tactical shooters. In those clans i served as a grunt, officer, and even Co-led durring RevOlution.
On DUST514 I play 2 characters to the cap every week; Clickets (Commando--combat/swarm) with 5mil. SP, and chubbybunny lopez (Gallente Scout--Sniper/Shotguns) with 3.5mil SP. Because of my limited time in this game so far the only thing i spec into more then 3 is weapons that will change obviously as i get more SP under my belt.
Mainly I am posting to see if any old SOCOM peeps I used to play with are around but unfortunately my current corp seems to be winding down as well so I thought I should at least begin the process of looking for another corporation.
What I'm looking for in a new home is an active, focused, fun, and mostly mature  environment where the bulk of the players are driven to progress (ie take and hold districts). I'm not playing just to waste time or socialize, which is all well and good, but I'm the type of gamer that always wants more in terms of progression especially when you invest the kind of time and effort DUST takes. I'm PST and looking to play PCs, because nothing in gaming compares to the rush of pressure situations where you come out victorious imo. |

Hit me up in game. Most SOCOM players I knew were competitive FPS players.
Fatal Absolution (basically means that forgiveness is obtained in death) is PC competitive despite being less than 3 months old.
We currently have about 65 active players.
We rank in the top 10 for kills each week despite being the only corp in the top 25 that has less than 100 total members.
(basically means there's a lot of dedicated no lifers ^_^)
We pay our members 90% of any income generated from PC and boast the absolute strongest eve presence currently in Molden Heath from our bro's in Tso's.
So come check out our small community and see if you like it. I actually just added Ghost Kaiser and am hoping Solar joins up too <3

The Defenders are looking for ACTIVE Mercs of all experience levels who are looking for regular squadmates and a sense of community. We are a group of gamers who promote and enjoy a positive gaming experience. Even though we are proud of our accomplishments as far as Kills and WP on the corporate and monthly leaderboards, we are not concerned with K/D stats. We would rather focus on a team dynamics instead of promoting a super star super "slayer" attitude within our ranks. At this point in the game, we do live by the "Adapt or Die" motto because simply put..Adapting is THE only choice in New Eden. I offer weekly training sessions for those who would like to learn a few tricks or just the main concepts of Merc-ing. We require a DRAMA FREE environment for our members as well as other simple regulations having to do with severity of profanity as we have female, young, and parental members. Mics are not required as long as you can listen and follow squad commands. Those with Mics are asked to be reasonable and disciplined so that commands can take place. Even though we are very ambitious and have several visionaries, PC is not worth our time at the moment but we are looking to be trained and ready to invade or conquer for the Day CCP fixes Planetary Conquest. We are good friends with 703rd, Noran Clad, and NCM and squad up with their members often. If you are looking for a leadership role, our current goal is to create specialized divisions for: Vehicle, Snipers, Logi, Heavy, and EU players.
We are determined to make a name for ourselves in Dust and invite you to be part of that Journey.

You could always try Valor Coalition, but I'd highly recommend FA, they're pretty chill and Zatara yelling at his mercs always makes my day.
