and WHY there are NO Chinese Forum?

PvE isn't on the cards for 1.8 - you'd think we would have mentioned it by now if it were :) The lack of a Chinese forum is due to a couple of reasons: - Console gamers are few and far between in China (trust me, I know :). This is because it's both difficult to get a console in mainland China, but also because it's tough to get around the firewall.
