Multiple CEOs would prevent the one leader that all the sudden decides to disband the corp because he got angry. I was a member of Hostile Acquisitions Inc. and one day, our CEO had a bad day and disbanded the corp. I then created THE IMMORTAL L3GI0N. The current CEO should be able to promote up to 2 people to become co-CEOs. This would prevent dictatorships from occurring. The group of CEO would have to vote to disband a corp. This system would help the members of Dust corps from being removed from the corp they love just because the CEO got angry. The group of three CEOs would have a two thirds majority wins system when disbanding the corp, or premoting directors. If someone is unfit to be a CEO, the other two could vote him out and replace him with another who is responsible. This would be a good option for many corps solving their leadership issues. Allow corporations to be a form of democracy!

Let's say the CEO goes on a vacation, he promotes somebody (his best director) to be CEO for a month. He comes back, and the the corp was disbanded. True story

KAGEHOSHI Horned Wolf wrote:Corps are very much more like a nation's government then an actual corporation. Corporations are required pay you for your work unlike Dust corps, governments tax you for membership much like Dust corps. It doesn't make sense to have only one system of government, the game should allow the founder to set the government type, like democracy to allow transitions of power through votes (and set conditions on who can vote, like time spent in the corp), co-leaders that share power, the current dictatorial system (which I think works fine). If you create a corp, you should be able to set this kind of stuff in my opinion. This is what I am looking to accomplish. You could make your corp a democracy, a republic, or even an oligarchy/aristocracy

True story there is no need to promote anyone to CEO ever. Directors can handle almost every task. Except they can't stop the CEO from destroying a corp

Changing the way your corp leadership system works would be a choice. You may choose to make your corp ademocracy, etc.... Or you can keep it like it is now. It would be a choice

Let's say you and you're buddy decide to make a corp. You do all the same work and create it and build it up side by side, but only one of you can be CEO. How is this fair? What if both of you want to be co CEOs?
