Eternal Beings (EB) is a meritocratic corporation with no CEO and five directors, no one director holding more control over the corporation than another. We value the opinion of each and every member within our corp regardless of time in the corporation or experience. We are comprised of "former" corporations and corporation members who saw strength in unity, from that single idea EB was formed. We have seen five directors leave office and welcomed four new members to the board of directors. Our numbers have reached over one hundred and thirty members and rest now just under one hundred.
EBFU has recently been "culling" the herd by removing inactive players and reducing aggressive recruiting tactics. We have pulled ourselves together to focus on our current members and producing "quality over quantity." In our efforts to produce highly skilled members we have been aggressive in our training and very meticulous with our time in Planet Fight Club (PFC). Our program includes our Ninety seven EB members and numerous alliance members who require training as well. With our one district we strive to maintain at a minimum one attack or defense every other day. Some instances we "double up" on PFC battles and do not take this opportunity for granted.
In order for EB to maintain our timeline set for our PFC departure and our current rate of training we have found it to NOT be in the best interest of Eternal Beings participate with the newly formed PFC Council. We respect the decisions of other corporations to participate with the PFC Council and commend Kane Spero in his efforts to unite Planet fight Club. Under the current terms of the PFC Council EB would suffer in training frequency and an extension to our departure timeline due to "insurance" payments being required from our district for protection. Eternal Beings and its board of directors have determined the rules pertaining to PFC as posted by CHICAGOCUBS4EVER (https://forums.dust514.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=1142409#post1142409) will continue to stand as no set rules have been made publicly known and/or available.
The Eternal Beings board of Directors have delegated and determined Eternal Beings for the remainder of their time on Planet Fight Club will not operate and/or abide by any rules, regulations, standards, mandates or orders put forth by CPM Kane Spero, The PFC Council or Enforcing affiliates.
All Current standard operating procedures will remain in effect.
