don't understand why peeps QQ over this... am i supposed to just walk around the battlefield and let the rifle users rip me apart???
and then they cry if i jump out to kill em and jump back in n drive away... i'm sorry... i'd stick around and teabag u for a little while but i got places to go and peeps to see... maybe next time 
so why is this considered a cheap tactic???

I think it's less the ability to use as transport and more the ability to get out, realize that the battle isnt in your favor, and get in to your vehicle and drive away with no repercussions. If LAVs were more easily taken out than they are now and there was more inherent risk to the tactic I don't think there'd be as much QQ about it.

They had this In Starhawk. It's not as helpful as you might think.

Why not?
Ex you are walking, an heavy with a Car come near to you. He wants to kill you so he presso O and start going out the Car.
He is a stupid fat bastard so it s really hard for him to move, Like a slow turtle he manage to exit the Car in 2 seconds(or more or less.) you had 2 funny seconds in wich you could kill (or at least damage) the heavy. |

i like this idea but we can't even climb a freakin' ladder properly... and in my RL experience, getting into a tank is not easy as CCP makes it out to be...

It is not anger for heavies being mobile. That is what LAV's are for, to get from point A to B in a short amount of time. That is what transportation do. It is the heavy that is not driving from point A to B, but rather Driving around scanning non stop and jumping out behind unsuspecting players ( for some reason, the LAV will next to never show up on the mini map until the heavy is already out of it) for the entire match. In ambush, I don't mind, because the mode is kill or be killed. In Objective gameplay, anyone that does not play in/on/around the obj/s are just padding stats.

Lone reds out in the open are certainly low hanging fruit.
But if you were picking them off as a sniper people would have no problem with it, so carry on mate, you're putting more effort in than they are.
