You admitted further up that you avoid each other. Lol.
Nyain San reminds me of the guys in MMOs who are Max level, they farm level 1's, then the moment high level people come to fight you run away, you say your competitive, yet you make sure to avoid your own corp mates and you use the best gear you can, in ambush. You make sure its easy basically.
That is not competitive son, in fact that's the complete opposite.
People don't hate you because your good, people hate you because you are the complete opposite of what you'd like to think you are which are noob bashers who rely heavily on lag in a 'competitive' environment.
I can assure you that the moment nine spam admits that's its just a stat padding noob bashing corp that heavily relied on lag for a long time in pc then the hate will go but you'll be hated until then. Stop trying to fool people.

I wasn't in that battle but iv faced them loads. They USED to be competitive and iv faced them in pc. I know exactly what they WAS like and what they are now.

My tanker alt is number 11th or 15th for monthly and weekly k/d ratio funnily enough, you'll see it with my corps name. I rarely die and specialise in blowing up enemy tanks.

can flipping and bait are considered unintended but are still Fair play.
The only time it's in violation is in hi-sec against rookie players. Which a lot of things are fair play in New Eden unless it's against rookies.
Guess who wouldn't survive in New Eden cause they can't farm rookies >.>
Same as any mmo, they bash the lowest level people and do pve raids.

I am aggressive with it though and quickly whip out another tank but I will not get blown up with it, calling in another tank is much quicker (any excuse).
