Are any of you at the point where you couldn't care less about hoarding officer weapons and instead, opt to make use of them. For over a year, I've been accumulating Gastuns, Calas, Balacs, Thales, etc., but I've recently discovered that saving these items in hopes of a market release is silly. Making money is of no importance to me because I already have the funds to sustain using my best fittings, and acquiring more ISK seems trivial as there wouldn't be much to use it on aside from more officer weapons.
I have quite a while before they're all used up, but at least I'm having fun, right? Where do you all stand on this subject? |

I use my Thales, Krin ARs, and Balac ARs for fun here and there. I gave up on the dream of selling for millions of isk long ago just cause ISK doesnt matter to me now and won't matter to me when the market comes.
Honestly i just want the market to open so I can get rid of all the useless stuff I have like officer forges, hmgs, etc.. |

I had some Balacs, but I used them up in some matches two weeks ago. I still have some thales, wolfman, and gatsuns yet.

The only one I can even use is Thales, the rest I'm just collecting to put in display cases in my MQ...umm... when we can do stuff in them.

I am a Thale user(suck it) and if I lose one I have a motto "if you are afraid to lose it, dont use it". So ya I am going to use mine for I do not need the ISK, but I will trade for Thales once the market opens for any officer weapon I have 1 for 1 ratio.

I HAVE however , gone wild with a DUAL CALA's SMG Mk.0 ...hehe and i have only lost 2 of them,but shush.......

I don't really need more ISK, but I also have no desire to skill up to using some of these weapons. All the weapons I like don't have officer weapons except the scrambler pistol. So I'll sell everything else just because I have no use for any of it. Maybe keep my Gastun Forges and Gastun HMGs because I can perhaps see myself some day using those (and only because I doubt heavy weapons will get very much variety anytime soon).

I already used up all 3 of my thale's.
I won't use my Balac's, Krin's, Cala's, Gastun's because I either can't use them or don't care to.
It's not like ARs are usable anymore unless you run 2 damage mods with prof 5 or only expect to kill militia or standard. |

No officer scrambler rifles, so there are no officer gear I can actually use. Saving them is my only option.

I see no point in saving them in hopes of selling them in the future so every once in a while I make otherwise cheap fit and slap some Krin's or Balacs on it and go to town. It's fun. Long time ago it was different because losing them meant more.

As of right now I have 28 balacs ars, 21 krins, 21 thales, 15 calas and 9 wolfman scrambler pistols I plan to sell in bulk for 100 mil isk.
Those amounts will obviously increase before player market starts.
