As many of you may know, the first papercut thread originated in eve, and moved through a few other MMOs. These threads list all the small, relatively easy to fix problems that usually get overshadowed by the same bitching about whatever.
Here are my papercuts, and remember to add your own.
- Range stat is not listed in weapon stats
- Shotgun pellet count is not listed in stats
- There hasn't been a new militia weapon since codex
- Starter fits need racial weapons, after the other MLTs are added
- The appearance of the planet on the star map, from the war barge, and the actual climate in battle are inconsistent
- Racial outposts are not consistent with the sovereignty of the planet they're on
- Adjusting HUD transparency does nothing noticeable
- The orbital painter doesn't show how big of an area will be affected
- The animation for hardeners is kindof trippy if you're behind a small turret
- Sometimes it's difficult to tell what team a vehicle is on
- There is no indicator for who's talking
- In FW, the MCCs depend on attacker/defender, and not the actual faction (gallente spawning on a caldari MCC)
- Once in a battle, it only tells you what planet you're on, not the district
- It's very difficult to get the name of the eve player orbiting a district; sometimes their name pops up when you look at it, but usually not
- Vehicle pilots don't know the ammo count of the turrets they don't control
- Patch notes are not available after you've logged in
- Scan-related stats are not listed on the fitting screen

We all care about big stuff - like hit detection, weapon balance parity. But hardener animation - who gives a flying duck. Balance shifts every build; these stay consistent and are permanent fixes.

I'm sure I have more but walking dead is distracting me.
Oh 1 more request, gimme a gun that fires forge rounds at the speed of an assault combat rifle that I can equip as a sidearm repairs my armor constantly. There's a text option. Or do you mean one that you don't need to open chat to use?

There's still a deployment limit on nanohives, so they wouldn't be easier to spam
