I'm sorry that I'm posting this in your recruiting thread, and I'd love for you to prove me wrong but it's doubtful. I mean there are 300 corps that have already done what you are doing and likely already have some recruiting momentum.

This is the Fuel that moves the independent "small" corp movement. You need true competition?, Then challenge yourself to leave the safety of your ISK paycheck, stop stroking your egos by encouraging, promoting or participating in pub protostomps, commit to standard or less gear in order to build you OWN corps isk resources and taste what it feels like to be proto-stomped in pub matches by those who do it not because they have an axe to grind or a point to make, but do it because they can, due to ISK they themselves don't "earn". Put yourself out there with with less than 2 members and ask others to follow suit knowing that shallow players will troll you because you'r low on a leader-board list or some stat sheet. True, not all of new corps have a clear game plan, but those who do are the Tyler Durdens of New Eden and we seek to reset the world to ZERO.

In true wrecker style, I'm flying by the seat of my pants on this, we'll figure out the rest later. I do have an idea for a profit sharing system in place. No paid positions, we divide the spoils evenly, from CEO to grunt. If one of us is getting paid, we're all getting paid. I have a lot of leadership and director experience if that makes you feel better. LOL, we'll see what happens. We won't get too big, I've got a plan in place for if we do. I'm mainly looking for about 20-25 active players right now. Laid back attitude, work hard, play hard mentality. Now, what's expecting out of you: Be a semi regular player. Stats don't mean anything to me, lifetime SP, blah blah I don't care if it's 5 mil or 50 mil. Though it is nice to know your stats. If you can shoot, you can kill the way I see it. Loyalty is the most important thing. Not loyalty to me because I'm CEO, but your fellow Wreckers on the field. That's what matters most. Small doesnt mean weak. Last I checked all you need is 16 guys to do great things here. Youll be seeing us someday...sooner than youd like to. This entire corp solely exists to ruin the days of corps and directors that think like you. And ill bet I can find other vets and newer players they ignored who are like-minded.

There is a long list of corps I've helped out. I'm a Dust fan, Dust needs more strong corps. I wish you the best for realz. You painted yourself with.your post. What people think of it is up to them.
