My gallante scout with the shotgun has less hp then a dropuplink regardless of what tier I use. So saying that what you are saying makes me wounder if you both want to eat the cake and have it at the same time.

I sacrifice hp for speed and stealth, give me high hp and a damage buff and I will be OP
 gk.0? Yes .

Fully skilled G Scout have 208-211HP . What the hell are you putting on your Gk.0s? Mine never have less than 400eHP, never have less than 6HP/s armor repair, and rarely fall under 7.50m/s sprint speed. A proto Gallente Scout is far too expensive to go running around naked. Even if you're trying to run a speed suit, it would be foolish to run around without at least a decent HP buffer. Im trying to choose right fit to a situation in which I'll be using it.
For example at the beginning of match I'm taking Federation Gk.0(not so expensive) with 3 red and 1 green proto juice, and I'm sprinting(10.69m/s) to the center of the map throwing uplinks meantime.
When I find myself already in the middle of the map I know that I can encounter only a Scout with identical fit with makes our engagement close to even, and we have around 5 to 15 seconds till the first wave of reinforcements will come and this time strongly depend on how organize team is and sufficiently experienced in whatever they do.
When I kill the Scouts from opposing team I can hack 1 or 2 null-cannons and secure them till my squadmates will arrive, then I retread from battle to find supply depot and change fitting to be more useful in current situation. Instead of passive 6HP/s I prefer to use 2xWyrkum Nanohive when I have 'a lot HP', that gives me 140HP/s regardless of whether I engage someones or not, sprint speed is extremely important as well thats why I usually have one red juice combine with light tank and recon modules that gives me invisibility to others.
