In 1.8, minjas will get 3 low slots, so I would like to know who fast the sprinting speed is when I put 3 complex kin cats. Of course there is the biotic bonus (which at level is 5%) then the 1% kinetic module bonus per level. there's also the stacking penalty which I'm also unsure of. I'm having trouble calculating it. Help?

OH! No wonder, I was including the Biotics 5 bonus as an extra 5% to sprinting speed. that makes a big difference. Thanks!

No, that is sprinting speed, if your speed tanking, I call that base speed, cause, well, that's the base of what your doing. Movement Speed is movement speed. There is nothing to change how fast you walk, at least from what little I've seen.
Yea I was referring to sprinting speed only. Not movement speed.
