Yes this is how the bonus works. I deleted my uplink guide so I can't link anything. You need to be currently in an Amarr or Caldari logi suit to get the bonus.
Quitting cold turkey was impossible. The forum patch is helping me kick the habit!

2) Thank you, and you are welcome. I do feel bad for the players that I deleted it, but maybe they'll come back if Rattati actually does something with this game. I do have a offer on the table to him that I'll put back my guides in exchange for a bunch of officer laser rifles. We'll see if he goes for it.

We know equipment spam is a problem, and it is not good to punish the right kind of behaviour (jumping to a CRU and get out AV when necessary) over lame spam tactics. On the guides John, you do whateever you want to do and we will do our best. I like officer items, but we're focusing on balance first. I am hoping to get a 'Rattati's PLC in of course.

That was suggested a few months ago already. Terrible idea.
I have a big enough bright yellow bullseye on me as it is. If I became a mobile CRU I would never stop dying!

You will see the light, one day. For your sake hopefully it is the light of God, not the light of my LR as the duct tape boils away and your dropsuit melts into slag.
As for your earlier post about your opinion being in large part based on game performance, a lot of the lag due to equipment was (shockingly) fixed around 1.6-1.7 as I recall.
I'll give you the same argument I gave then: We shouldn't be balancing things, especially ones that are fundamental to certain playstyles (yes, mine in this case) based on bugs or sloppy coding that causes performance issues. The goal should be to fix the underlying problem, not the symptom it causes.
