As a Gal logi user i run a support fit with injector,nanos and rep tool.
Looking at the "potential" bonus for Gal logi lets me know they will probably be as rare as commandos are now.
Scanners are getting nerfed (which is deserved). And Gal logis (the most common slayer type) are getting a bonus for them.
This will cause them to suffer with ALL other eq,and be stuck with a bad one.
Being a support class and being bad with all actual life saving eq is stupid,and with potential suit nerfs would render Gal logi even worse at defending itself.
As the bonus stands now a Gal logi would just be another variation of assault. Just worse at combat.
I'm not defending slayer logis,i'm defending common sense.
My request:
-remove Gal logi class in 1.8 if the bonus doesn't change
Because there is no need to have 2 assault type suits.

I appreciate the sentiment of your concern, but your logic is flawed. Just because one thing has a bonus, does not mean everything else will suck. It only means that other equipment will not be bonused. That's all.
However, my dear alliance compadre, I did notice that both Gal and Min bonus equipment require their active use to earn bonus. (While those evil Amarr & Caldari can effortlessly drop their bonus equipment and carry on slaying.) That does not seem balanced to me.

With the love people have for scanning compulsively, i actually think the Gallente Logi will be in high esteem in 1.8. Actually is the one i fear the most (as a Scout). |

Remove all of the equipment, then everything is fixed and remove Spawn points like the MCC, CRUs and the like.
