All for it
Shows that if you are smart and creative enough you do not have to be constricted by ordinary methods of ISK acquisition and are able to start up your own ways of making ISK.
So many people today seem to think that PC generation and Pubs is the only way of making ISK. What Kain and others are doing is a creative way of making ISK not being constrained to the two main stream methods which most people claim "Is the only way to gain ISK"

As long as someone isnt exploiting an in-game mechanic, New Eden is open game for however someone wants to shape it. PFC is not something that CCP developed.
While I might not agree with someone using PFC as a source for profit, it still falls within the scope of what is allowable within the game. That being said, one of the things I hope for CCP to develop is a way for new corps to gain experience in PC style gameplay without being lorded over by more experienced corps. If this is developed, it would make what is going on in PFC irrelevant.

I don't know much about what he is doing or about him, but it looks like straight up extortion from my point of view.
I applaud him. He is creative and what he is doing makes for a more interesting universe.
what kain is doing is not exploiting any game mechanic.
side note, i used to be against exploiting. stuff like locking districts, using weapons glitches, stuff like that. But now i am for it.
every single exploit is on the forums the day it is found, it is CCP's fault for not lifting a finger until 3 months later when the damage is already done.
Everything I say or do has the utmost importance.

Anything that adds content to the game is fine by me.
However, I do try and foster in DUST University an unwillingness to use exploits in the game if possible and for members to report it as feedback to the Dev's in the forums.
That being said, any exploits that are there in the game are the fault of CCP and they should be measured by how quick they fix it. By my calculations as well as the community's, I'd say they're not doing very well in that regard. Something I hope to impress upon them should I get on the CPM.

N-F has to pay a police force, so what are they supposed to pull the money out of their asses? PFC is just the same as it was, anyways the community makes the rules, NF enforces them, tbqh NF has a winning record in most cases, anyways not paying just means A you don't get your district back if you lose it. and B NF can be used ringing against you. so by all means you don't HAVE to pay, it's just a good Idea.

I feel the new PFC concept creates a business model for PFC, something it sorely needed. As a charity, it was ripe for the picking, given that nobody had the incentive, nor the financial means to keep it managed in the manner it needed to be. By fostering it as an actual defended playground, it is now actually something that can survive long-term. In a game where morality is not rewarded, PFC as a charity... it's days were numbered.
DUST badly needs variety of play, both in terms of combat, as well as business. The metagame in this game has languished far too long.

He's doing what any man in EVE should do, find a way to make isk and exploit it. His model is similar to James 315, while I personally wouldn't pay, I see no harm in what he's doing.
That being said, what happens when PC 2.0 comes out, does NF have that big of an EVE Side to actually enforce rules later on? To my knowledge they do not, but this much is for sure, I love the competitive spirit and the intelligence of some of the players in this game.

By the time PC 2.0 rolls around, it's likely both the political landscape, and the rules of engagement are very different. Whether or not something like PFC will even still be needed or wanted is a curious question.
