I'm pretty sure they're their own thing. You can see how all this stuff works in SDE, and IIRC grenades are completely separate from both weapons and equipment, they're their own thing. Pretty brutal considering it had the +1/s native armour rep swapped for that +1/s grenade rep. Im not gunna call OP like a scrub just yet these things need to be field tested first but that bonus is looking pretty sweet.
