As for assault rails are long range weapons and good for suppressive fire, its not too bad
But you could argue the assault bonus should be for assaulting so keep the 5%PG/CPU weapon bonus but the secondary be for the main tank but then you get the cal/minnie having the same bonus

I'll miss using Adv. Nano hives on my AmLogi 
The nerf is needed to make the logi a bit more useful and also specalized so each racial suit has a strength
Also at least i hope it cuts down on scan514 since everyone has one

Problem is to get the most out of everything you need 4ppl skilled into each suit to get everything covered lol
