Well I think that the issue was. They made the logis have more slots and CPU/PG. Well people like me took advantage of that. So I don't know how to make it so that only logis would take advantage of this, besides giving me back my damn shields and my second equipment slot on my Cko!

I stood up for the Amarr, within reason, because it was reasonable. That's the key here. To be reasonable. Nobody was bitching before the Amarr got to keep their bonus or even when they had it. It was when they were losing there's and got to keep it. Instead of complaining every second. Let's start comming up with viable ideas of what would be reasonable for us to get as a racial bonus. I still think bigger cod pieces isn't out of the realm of possibility

Lea quite frankly you sound like a bit of a prick who starts throwing insults at people with very little reason ... maybe My OP was a bit whingey but that is because the new bonus is an absolute joke and if your justifying your own QQ about the loss of the old heat reduction bonus then you equally have to accept my QQ about the new reload reduction bonus
Alright instead of bitching at the Amarr that are willing to work with us. Why don't we just focus on what we want out of this deal?

Caldari needs a shield boost and damage boost like the original stats were.
Ok I can definately agree with this. The logis are getting nerfs. Yeah it sucks but hey people like me abused that situation. Sorry. I don't know if assaults need a buff if logis are getting a nerf. What I figured we were mostly talking about is what racial bonus we want? Afterall the reason why we're talking about this is because of the Amarr racial bonus for their rifle. Yes I want my shield bonus. I want a racial damage bonus to my rifle but maybe a shorter spool time would help things out

only CCP can take a good idea and then trash it CCP is trying to get away from straight damage bonuses, so that's a no go. It also seems they are trying to give Assaults weapon bonuses, and not module bonuses, so a shield extender bonus is out as well. My suggestion would be the proposed reload bonus, with a small spool time reduction on top. +5% reload speed and -5% spool time for hybrid rail weapons per level?
Unfortunately he/she is right about the damage bonus. It just sounds unfeasible. The shield bonus however shouldn't be. But that's well what it is. I think that the reduction to spool up time would help things a little

What's stopping me from a triple damage mod armor tanked cal logi standing in triage hives that now REP FASTER THAN EVER?
