did you not read what I wrote? Or just in case, you did look at the data provided on the bolt pistol? RoF .4, spool up .25, two separate numbers one for starting the weapon and a second to holding it
charge pew charge pew is faster than charge and hold based on what was provided in the weapon feedback, unless otherwise specified I believe the numbers CCP has out on that thread to be the most current since your link doesn't really provide anything.

What I'm saying is, imagine that you had to charge between each shot, while still being full-auto. Is this really that hard to understand?
I think you are the one a little confused on the difference between the initial spool up of .25 and the RoF of .4
We don't have to imagine anything, these are the numbers that we have been given.
