It's entirely feasible to work with an existing CEO in either DUST or EVE.
I worked my story with Malcolm Khross from Wiyrkomi Honor Guard in EVE, though I have yet to officially type it out. My RP is largely supported now by the Pyre Falcon alliance, as WHG was dissolved after a State sanctioned Audit.

Ahh, yeah. Heth would be problematic. It would be wiser to work with other players or write up a minor non-existant corporation to kidnap.
