Probably 500,000 unique accounts and 900,000 characters. ANd the Dust number might be higher than you think (although not 400,000) when you take in all the timezones. Number of concurrent users is between 3000 and 6000 most of ghe day in Dust, so a conservative estimate suggests roughly 10,000 to 12,000 active accounts.
When I play as a sniper, I'm more likely to be nearer to the opponents redline than my own.

Not sure I'd call them toys exactly, as they were pretty damn expensive, but they used to sell one battleship of each faction. I so wanted a Megathron, but could never afford it.

With 10000 total and lets sayy 3300 on at time that would mean that every active dust player plays 8 hours a day everyday.... I'm sorry but I feel that you are wrong.... I personally feel lucky if I can put in 2 hours a day.
That's why I called it a conservative estimate. It's most likely higher than 10,00-12,000 but that's about the lowest possible figure. It's unlikely to be 400,000 though.
