First: Sensitivity.
I've been thinking there's arguments for both high and low, high to give you rapid turn and response, low to make it a little easier to plant that high alpha shotgun/NK hit without over steer.
Second: Jumping
I've noticed that if I jump, it uses maybe 25-30% of my stamina, if I immediately jump again it completely wipes the remaining stamina. Why does the 2nd jump cost more? Is this a bug? intentional? or is this only happening to me?

I play 50 hip / 10 ads. The only reason you should need to be doing full turns is if you got snuck up on. You're a scout. If you get snuck up on you're dead anyway. Who cares?
Jumping takes about the same % of your stamina regardless of your pool/regulators. They nerfed jumping a while back.

Hmm that's a unfortunate to hear, you'd think bouncing up over and around cover to your target would be exactly what you'd want for a scout, rather than having them sprint head first at their target. |

Hmm, dust is the first online shooter I've played since Quake 3 Arena (yes I'm old ), shot-gunning in this is taking a lot of getting used to. |

For Sniper scouts and other longer-ranged weapons, lower sensitivity would be preferable for most. In close quarters, higher sensitivity can be more useful.

I'm pretty sure it's an intentional function to control bunnyhopping. |

100% Hipfire
70% ADS.
I came here from battlefield on full sensitivity. This was the easiest way to adjust. Never went back.
I also CQC 24/7, so good hipfire speed is fantastic to have.
Nothing says "F**K YOU!" like a direct Flaylock to the face.

I out-aim SCR's and RR's outside of 50meters.
85/75.
I also mainly play CQC, and when i snipe that suits me too.
My only problem is trying to hit a guy DIRECTLY above me, takes ages.

100%. Run around a corner, whip around, blast first person around corner, run to next corner. Got some awesome kills sprinting off a ledge, turning mid air and finishing off someone in a group as you drop out of sight of the rest. |

I must admit I have managed to pull that off a couple of times, getting chased, jump off a ledge turn and SMG one of your pursuers. Usually ends with me getting shot out of the air though.
I'm finding scouting either is the most epic game you'll have or the least (getting hip fired by spray and pray, ugh), heading down the corridor to the supply depot at the research facility, face first into a HMG/Logi combo, jumped over the heavy and shot-gunned his logi and ran away, total fluke but made me . |

Um, I don't really hop much unless it's to get somewhere I can't otherwise access or to hop to cover. |

I've always found high sensitivity better in everything I do. I started this game as a dedicated sniper back in closed beta (only every played ambush so always in AR ranges). I've used high sensitivty then. started the shotgun in this game when I bought my first merc pack and got 50 HK4Ms. lots of fun. found no reason to tone it down. Just started nova knifing witht he shinobi event. I'm too set in stone with my ways to not play high sensitivity. I've always found it easier to aim the higher it was.
First jump takes 35 stamina, second jump take 50%, third jump completely drains you. . . give it some time inbetween and you only pay the 35 stamina cost. It was added a lond long time ago to stop bunny hopping... though bunny hopping still worked with the "partial jump" you do with 0 stamina.
