First: Sensitivity.
I've been thinking there's arguments for both high and low, high to give you rapid turn and response, low to make it a little easier to plant that high alpha shotgun/NK hit without over steer.
Second: Jumping
I've noticed that if I jump, it uses maybe 25-30% of my stamina, if I immediately jump again it completely wipes the remaining stamina. Why does the 2nd jump cost more? Is this a bug? intentional? or is this only happening to me?

Hmm that's a unfortunate to hear, you'd think bouncing up over and around cover to your target would be exactly what you'd want for a scout, rather than having them sprint head first at their target. |

Jumping takes about the same % of your stamina regardless of your pool/regulators. They nerfed jumping a while back.
Hmm, dust is the first online shooter I've played since Quake 3 Arena (yes I'm old ), shot-gunning in this is taking a lot of getting used to. |

I must admit I have managed to pull that off a couple of times, getting chased, jump off a ledge turn and SMG one of your pursuers. Usually ends with me getting shot out of the air though.
I'm finding scouting either is the most epic game you'll have or the least (getting hip fired by spray and pray, ugh), heading down the corridor to the supply depot at the research facility, face first into a HMG/Logi combo, jumped over the heavy and shot-gunned his logi and ran away, total fluke but made me . |
