So, you get tired of facing opponents that are sick and tired of getting stomped and so they hide in the redline... and now that's it's impacting your game experience you're willing to tone down your game and help out some newbies with your humbly titled in-game channel and willingness to have them on your squad?
Would have been doing this all along if you were a high caliber player.

And Yeah keep it coming. Keep belittleling one of the very few who actually makes an effort to reduce the stomp compared to the hundreds of other players in this game that do nothing but stomp. Here I come and try and make something positive for community happens and the thread gets filled up With petty QQ. You're not helping.
And clearly the meaning of the chat title goes over everyone's head.
I find it odd that I had several very good players in chat yesterday from various corps willing to help out but only one dude that actually wanted some training, says a lot about the this community. We'll see how this develops.

I've never set foot on the ground in a proto suit. And I use my advanced scout only 1% of the time. And I've been doing so for the past year while squadding with whoever (with or without mikes) wants to be in my squad.
So yeah - I'm not helping? Do the same for a year then give me a call and you can accuse me of not helping. Then, you still won't be a saint - you'll just be a regular OK guy, and not a complete nozzle trying to look good while "making a difference". |

I thought this entire effort was focused around pub matches.... of course I'm not talking about PC here  . And I'm not talking about the relevancy of being a competitive force... I want the game to succeed and I want new players to try it out, and stay. Way to completely miss the point, smart guy.
If you want to turn a corner and finally do right by the community after being a major part of the problem and a huge bully for so long, fine. But if you don't do it with humility, well then - expect some flak. |
