Due to budget issues, make it out of sticks, rocks, paper, cornflakes, glue, and dry macaroni. I think it should be a merc in the fetal position crying surrounded by tanks, mercs with RRs, and mercs with CRs pointing at him while they wipe their *** with isk. The plaque should say "Welcome to New Eden :P"
