Well, I am one of the most active and skilled tankers in Dust. That being said the balance is fine. I get killed by cordinated twosomes all the time. I get soloed by av grenadiers quite often. Heck, I can recall a few times where I was destroyed by AV with them simply glaring at me with their evil stare.
So, there you have it. Indispuitable proof that Tanks are fine, learn to play |

That's because you're flying a dropship. Fly an Assault Dropship and be more survivable than a brick tank. |

I have seen a tank run multiple hardeners and survive the whole match. No matter how hard we tried the D*** tank would not go down. Coordinated effort by swarms, av nades, and FG. Once they started to take damage the hardeners would pop on. We would wait for them to drop and begin to fire again. Guss what BAM another hardener and they survived. They would drive off do a quick circle around a building come right back and it would start all over again. Now please for all that is sanity please tell me how the hell do I contend against this. You say bring in a tank, I watched a tank drop three rail tanks before they could be delivered for they camp our red line. So the only viable option is to strap an LAV with RE and ram that son of a B****. I for one am sick of these OP tanks with double hardeners running with invincibility, it reminds me of the LLAV(murder taxi) that did donuts as AV after AV hit the vehicle and nothing harmed it. CCP needs to admit they made a mistake and fix hardeners. |

Have you seen a python get utterly pulverized by a railtank, or be rammed out of the sky by a gallente dropships? It's not fun, and it gets very expensive.

one or two tank may be balanced, but not 7 or 8 tank as you always see in every pub match. i suspect that bringing the price of militia tanks to the price of a standard dropships might fix the tank spam. swarm damage might need a little bit of a buff, not to 1.6 stats of course, but somewhere between then and now.
I'd say walk in my shoes for a day, but you probably still won't understand.

Its official BullsON Parade is the worst tanker in the game. Even a srub with a Sica can keep a tank alive longer than he can. While tanks might be OP he, and he alone, has found a way to make them balanced. Thank you BullsON Parade. You've taught us that even the most OP weapon in the game can't make you good.
