The heavy is underpowered.
How could a dropsuit of such hardness require the viscosity necessary to undertake the Lorentz factor of Protactinium? We know the hardness triple integrated over cleavage requires flux capacitor undertakings. Thus, if one takes the specific gravity of the heavy's quantum fluctuations it is possible to explain the vector divergence point of it's oscillator resistance. Physical assertions are enough not to take Henry's law into consideration, which prove my point.
So I implore you, buff the heavy as it is far too weak.

Sir, I appeal to your senses, it is entirely farcical to assert that one can ascertain intellect from several nugatory words, and one's diction. Though I must be fair; although I hesitate to perorate, I must also abstain from procrustean endeavors. Hence, I shall postprandially defenestrate all callipygous revenants, offering them as deodands, and return to my ctenophilia. This mundane set of nonsensical assertions simply undermine your undertakings in a way that is not necessary to explain. So I must, without hesitation or grievance, deny this most ludicrous of requests.

Your assumption is incorrect the Suit is above stable movement capacity far too frequently, the Protactinium would never reach the excited state long enough to be of any additional use. It is purely there for atheistic purposes, as per the standard armarian preference.
