So, it seems you guys have a problem with him being a Field Commander..... Not CEO. let me make it clear, a good CEO does not make a good Field Commander. The CEO's job is to keep good corp management. In battle, the Field Commander has highest authority, even his say goes above the CEO.
Have someone else be FC. And establish that whoever is FC GIVES THE ORDERS ON THE GROUND.
Now if you think the way he manages his corp is bad then this thread will have merit.
