the last time in recent memory that isk was taken from players was the fiasco that allowed eve-dust isk transfer. that put a lot of players horribly in debt. but even then CCP allowed players to refund their assets to pay off the debt.
your case sounds fishy because to my knowledge that was the ONLY time isk was taken from players...

I'd rather see a scammer using methods that are not tolerated leave the game because they were caught than the scammed leave the game because they were cheated. It was before the code bazzar, the person was paid back, and I was desparate and stupid. Dont correct my grammar
