I took several measurements to determine turning speed of various suits, biotics levels, and weapons with X,Y sensitivity set to 100%.
Biotics level and weapon equipped do not affect rotation rate.
Light Frame: 1.69 seconds to perform 360 (35.5 RPM) Medium Frame: 1.75 seconds to perform 360 (34.2 RPM) Heavy Frame: 1.68 seconds to perform 360 (35.7 RPM)
All measurements were taken with DS3. Are these numbers comparable with KB/M?
Are these speeds too fast, fast enough or too slow for your style of play?

I'am pretty certain they are all the same. CCP said they had given them all the same turning speed.

Where you using armor plates in all of these suits or are they vanilla?
If so why is the heavy faster turning?
Armor and Shields are not the same!

There are no longer any turn rate modifiers on any suit, all suits turn at the same rate regardless of type or fit

Just looking at how close the numbers are and considering how difficult it is to manually record times with that precision, I'd say the turn speed is the exact same for all suit sizes. If you really wanted to check if there is a difference in rotation speed though you should spin your character a lot of times and then divide by the number of rotations
And honestly I like the current rotation speed and don't believe the suit size or biotics should be a factor, which they aren't. It is fine as a setting to tweak to your preference.

Base turn speeds on all the suits are the same, plates reduce that turn speed. But its dumb turn speeds should be suit based with the scout being the fastest and the heavy being the slowest. Scout > Assault > Logistics > Commando > Heavy

Brings immersion and unique feel to the frames and fits the scout role so well. Maybe it could also be a little better for the Assault over the Logi.

The suits did used to have different turn speeds but the heavies complained about it and then the scouts complained when they were set to all be even Really both sides had a valid argument but the changes went from imbalanced on one side to imbalanced on the other in typical CCP fashion
Im not drunk, the planet just happens to be especially wobbly today.
