it is not fair that nearly every new player can get Recruit items by viewing any kind of web about dust, but old player, I mean pre update player, having no way to be recruit when they start playing, can't I get something?

You can get Recruiter BPOs if you recruit people to dust and they earn enough war points.

Aside from having a TON more SP, more play time, more friends to squad up with, and more familiarity with the weapons, maps, modes, and certain players/corps, what more do we need?
Let the new guys have their stuff. They have enough of a rough time with being tossed from the Academy (with that RIDICULOUSLY low WP requirement to graduate) and being thrown to us...the wolves.
