Why? Logi's don't need more slots that assaults to play their intended role? All you need a skills that boost your equipment use.
You are not combat units. In fact the logi suit could loose its grenade slot. Logisitcs don't need them at all.

I can run all Amarrian suits. I don't need half of my slots, I don't need more HP than an assault to play a non combative support role, I don't need higher CPU and PG fitting to fight all proto modules when my buddy an assault can barely fit himself a proto weapon or modules...... your ignorance is showing. 
Basically you need to HTFU, not rely on an HP crutch and play your role like it was designed to be played. Supplementary to other roles.
