Those Bpo's are safe. If you have money to spare I'd say go for it. The Eve junk you don't need you can sell to the guys here for DUST ISK.
If you're only interested in the Templar Gear and have no use for the box or the EVE stuff you should poke me ingame. I am selling these codes for rl cash too. *shamelessplug*

You're correct in that selling virtual items for real currency is a violation of their EULA. However, codes aren't virtual or an item in DUST.
Just like I am in my right to resell EVE Time Codes for real cash but not the PLEX I can redeem them for. It's RMT, yes, but not the "outlawed" kind. This is not even a case of interpretation. I wouldn't do this if there was the slightest chance of getting my account banned
