District locking? Nyain san? PFFFFFT BUAHAHA, oh my god the ignorance is astounding!

Let me give you a straight up FACT that ya scrubs won't believe because you keep lying to yourselves after getting pubstomped by us over and over.

The first time Nyain has ever locked a district, EVER, was less than a week ago, done for the PC lockdown that RA has initiated to force CCP to adress district locking. We locked EVERY district, and we did so because ALMOST every single corp outside of RA was locking their districts whilst attacking others. This meant any corp attacking legit PC corps would take districts and never lose them. This is the reason RA doesn't own ALL of PC, because we don't want to take every district(well AE & NS don't, other RA corps want more districts and dgaf), and because we can't expand anyways because all the districts are getting self lock exploited.

So we FINALLY lock our districts after getting attacked by every PC corp out there since we started and beating back everyone, in an effort to force CCP to adress it, and all of sudden NS has always locked districts and no ones ever attacked us before....RIGHT...
