but reduces stamina, it would actually allow for speed tanking. Straight line sprinting does very little for combat speed tanking but a module that increased base movement speed would. What do you guys think?

Especially if its a low slot to give an incentive to use something other then plates in the lows

Strafing speed is tied to normal movement speed. Extreme care should be used in designing that. Add a stacking penalty like % Reduction to base HP

A lot of 1v1 using light weapons comes down to who has the best DDR moves. It would make Scouts overpowered. Very dangerous thing to do. Then give them a stacking penalty that give a % reduction to base HP.
