Maybe a weapon that doesn't need to reload since it had a battery of 4000W (400 continuous shots) and make it a spray weapon like a flamethrower or something, but it doesn't regain that power automatically. You can refill lost power at a Depot or hive.

It is also grouped in with the other light weapons. Plasma Mortar looks about right. Though will def look different, even if they use that as concept art. I doubt they'd show the old art of he SCR if they had the more recent finalized art finished; and they did have the finalized art already finished, since the scrambler rifle was completed by Fanfest 2013 and in use in the tournament. They even showed the finalized art even before Fanfest during the Tester's Tournament in the wallpapers section of the site. Also, this is the art of the development of the SCR, the thing appearing on the Fanfest 2013's assorment of weapons does not appear in the SCR's art incarnations. As long and I can kill both foot soldiers and Infantry with the Lance I have not issue.....though I don't think the Amarr heavy weapon will be a Beam Laser. It will be a Scrambler Pulse Laser, IMO. It's in the upper right corner with the other rifles. The lance might actually be above the forge gun in the bottom left corner. Or that may just be another light AV weapon,seeing as it's next to swarms and the plasma cannon. The caldari shotgun is to the right of the gallente one in the second row. I game over like a boss.
