Idk who has the best slayer logi in 1.8, in 1.7 it's the Gallentr if using a kaal rail at long range but for close range it's probably the Caldari logi.
Amarr has the most flexible heavy and the only heavy aside from minmatar that can stack damage without losing significant tank.

Nope, with a good logibro the gallente will be the best with an ungodly 1300 armor and resistances that can push it up to over 1800 EHP. With 100 armor per second or so, the gallente will be the best heavy unless your a noob and don't run with a team. YOU DONT KNOW WHO THE BEST SLAYER LOGI WILL BE???!! OBVIOUSLY IT WILL STAY GALLENTE!!!! shields are so OP right now I'm expecting a nerf to them based solely upon your amount of QQ. THE CALDARI LOGI IS NOT VERY GOOD COMPARED TO GALLENTE!! They can't fit equipment without sacrificing tank, while gallente can use armor, damage mods, ands still have 3 different armor hives to sit on while firing away with proto weaponry. Amarr will have a decent sentinel, ill give you that, but it just won't be as good as a gallente.
