I just started a NEW character... ACADEMY (43-1) was fun, Red & Silver Hand genius killed me (GOOD JOB). the experience was rough... i played 2 battles, b4 being PROtoSTOMPed (3rd battle)... while i never finished lower than 3rd on the leaderboards... it JUST AINT NO FUN being PROtoSTOMPed, when you CANT COUNTER... (MLT/STD GAMEMODE) as described in REQUEST FORUM, or the n00bs w/o 53mil ALT wont stay... or... as in my other post from earlier (RESET)
Im on the FORUMS because im P!$$ED off @ the game.

Its sad to think that CCP don't care about their noobs, in this form of game play.
In eve for the noobs you have empire or high sec safe and sound to be in a noob corp and do pve all day when you get a little better you move to low sec a bit more risk but for the most part still safe just as long as you don't pass out mining or don't have your local up to keep your eye on who is in system with you. then there is Null or 0.0 sec where its no law, isk numbers and SP win the day, then there is W-Space where there is no local and all you have is a scanner because in the future no one knows how to put a listening post that can force a local pop, but that aside.
Welcome to the wormhole where the weak are cannon fodder for the powerful mega rich and no one cares it take 15 swarm misses and 3 AV grenade to kill a tank, if they don't run like the little girls they are.
Until we get some PVE that we can solo or in groups I don't see the cannon fodder game play changing ever really. |

I don't get why people try hard in their academy match. I think it's more fun to kill only who you absolutely need to.

BECAUSE of what the game has became, i took a Tank into the academy (1 guy lost 2 tanks b4 taking mine out with a CUSTOM rig) 1 of 16 adapted... he prolly WASNT a n00b... but the OTHER 15, WONT be here in a week

I'd like to think your post goes to support my stance: protostomping is killing off potential new players.
CCP HAS to be aware that this is the number one issue with this game right now. ALL other problems, lag, hit detection, MTL tanks, etc....mean nothing if there's no one there to play it.
They'd ban me, but I'm too funny and more importantly, I'm right.
