That's because we are harder soldiers than you. We would happily, and arrogantly handicap ourselves because we're just that good.....
As for leader.......hmmmm well a PC commander would strike me as the best choice..... Looking at Lea, Tiberius.....or Aero as he should be considered to be in this fight.

I like your style, but IMO we need to see if we can get together and have our first fight,
once that has gone well we leave all sorts of possibilities .... (32 Scouts)
It's time we stopped waiting on CCP to add new features when we don't make use of
the options we have at our disposal, Some top players have declared an interest
so I am excited to see what we can do without CCP holding our hands ..
As I have said it will take 32-players to make this work !!!

You know firsthand that my CR is no more merciful than my SCR.
I am honestly increasingly preferring its insane versatility and power over my prof 5 SCR.
Also, @OP - I run logistics, assault, and scout. 
EDIT: If nobody else steps up to the task, I will lead a squad. I'm probably not trusted by the Amarrians enough for a team command.

I can do a lore write up. Done it before will do it again.

That would be unreasonable, considering that completely cuts off the vast majority of equipment usage. There would be no nanohives, no nanite injectors, no scanners (though some may not consider that a bad thing), etc.

There is no sense rushing it as this has potential to set a trend for FW
