I think this would be a good task for the community to develop. This means that candidates have to answer questions that the community finds important.

There is one crucial factor missing from assessing quality
- Ability to work within the team environment
In a RL business setting, your resume only gets you in the door. Its how they view your ability to fit within the team and prove that your stats reflect your abilities that gets you the job.

In the end though, you probably don't only want someone who is merely very effective if they disagree with you on almost every point. You're more likely to want to shortlist those who agree with you the most, and choose between attitudes and aptitudes at that point.
I just feel that its not any one thing that you evaluate the quality of a player with. It also depends on the role they play when they are part of the team. As many are aware, stats can be manipulated through various means in the game. I just want to make sure that the options available are in line with actual decision making processes.

And sorry if this appears rude, but let me be direct: given it's so obvious, I don't really see what your point is.
It doesnt appear rude at all and I openly encourage strong debate over an issue.
My point is, that if a question cannot be answered adequately via multiple choice then it should be excluded. If I am being matched based upon my viewpoint then I would like it to be accurately represented.
Im not trying to make this harder than it is but I also realize that many will be casting their vote based on a simple procedure. I would like it to represent a candidates views as accurately as possible.
I think that this can be solved by creating a process for question creation.
My thoughts on the matter...
The community is in charge of proposing the questions as it is about topics that are important to them.
Candidates are then given the option for proposing possible answers.
This process is about voters deciding which candidates mesh with their views. Rather than trying to shoehorn both voters and candidates into a particular answer, I feel that one side should create the answers and the other side choose which best represents them.
Does that make sense?

Fair enough. Maybe we should start work on gaining topics/questions from the masses? This may be a somewhat time intensive process to acquire, compile and review.
