This would require everyone to have a mic and the ability for everyone on a team to communicate with each other. At the very least it would require battle plans prior to the match, however since team assignment is random, giving away battle plans would eventually come back to hurt you. There really isn't a good way to get people not on your squad to follow a plan, unless you have some manor of communicating during a match.

How exactly would a Newberry know that there are already five snipers? It's not like the game gives you a notice about that. With LAV's I'd much rather have a blue steal my LAV then a red. But the game should allow you to lock your LAV. That way if you die, someone on your team can steal it, but if you were to run to the objective, it would be safe for your return.
I had the issue where this guy wouldn't get out of my LAV to hack the objective, so when I hopped out leaving him to man the gun (which was pretty awesome if he would have covered me). Instead, he just hops in my LAV and runs off.

I think the only problem here is with 16+ people playing and the risk of checking the map to see where people are, this isn't a realistic idea. Basically communication during the game between anything more than a small group of people will likely not work out well. |
