Furthermore, there has never been, nor should there ever be a prototype tier BPO; the only thing that limits the use of these extremely powerful prototype suit is the price/risk of loss associated with them, without that we would see risk-free protostomping. It would be insanely overpowered; this i why there are only militia and standard BPOs. If everyone can buy one I don-¦t really see the problem.
I also think it-¦s a bad idea for CCP to allow people to sell blueprints on an open market (whenever that happens).

CCP removed BPOs from the market a long time ago because their economic advisers said that BPOs are bad for the incoming secondary market. Those of us who did manage to purchase them before their removal are lucky to be the elite few to own them. I missed out on that.. Now I know :)

If its for sale for AUR than the game is pay-to-win, those who pay real money will have a MASSIVE advantage over those who don't. And like I already mentioned, it will ruin the economy once we get player trading. Welcome to the real world.

And like I already mentioned, it will ruin the economy once we get player trading. Welcome to the real world. That is a complete BS. Pay-to-win is the major reason why many free-to-play games end up failing in the "real world", it would end up hurting the player-base and lead to a decline in potential customers. You would have the game wither and die just to have your overpowered risk-free easy-mode suit. CCP needs to make money. Is this so hard to understand? Quality gear would bring in that money. And sure.. More protos out there but I don-¦t really see the difference.
A) I protostomp all day using my fat isk funds B) I protostomp all day using my blueprint.

KAGEHOSHI Horned Wolf wrote: Like I already said twice (which you seem to be ignoring), its not just the pay-to-win aspects that are a problem, its the effects it will have when the economy really opens up in the game with player-trading.
At this point I'm convinced you are just trolling. Bye.
I get it. I for one would like to spend real money on quality gear in this game but you want to play it for free.

As in you lose stuff when you die, if you have an unlimited proto dropsuit...why use anything else. It would destroy the whole premise of the game But if one was made for sale and only one, I'm guessing someone would pay -ú1000+ for it because some people are quite sad (no offense to anyone who would spend that much ) I already have (close to) unlimited protosuits. Am I destroying the game? What are you talking about? Everyone could buy one so I really don-¦t see your point.

Tell me people.
How do you see CCP make money on this game in the future? Would you like to see subscription like in EVE?
When the market opens there will be people swimming in isk all over the place and there is no way they will spend aur on stuff they can already pick up on an open market.
Any ideas?

How is CCP gonna cash in without putting new things up for sale once the market is up? Has to be different and better than what will be available on the isk market.
You do realise that this game will not run without an income forever don-¦t you? Is this hard to understand?
