Many corps out there are limit during this time compared to what the EVE: Online corp mangers and directors are able to do, so I am renting out my services with my EVE account to help. This service is aimed at people interested in forming new corporations or current corps with small membership, but all corp sizes can use my services.
Visit cost: 50Mil Dust ISK
What i can offer to your corp:
Move your corporation member limit up to 5,300 member count: With this as CEO you will not need to spend your personal SP on corporation skill the max member count you can get with Dust skills is 1,300 which will run you 2.8 Mil SP to hit that number. You will be saving a lot of SP along side raising your member count by a few thousand to make your corp future proof no matter how many members you are able to get.
Automatic welcome messages to new corp members: There is an option in EVE that will allow your corp to set up a welcome message. What this does is whenever your corp gains a new member he will automatically receive a message with whatever info you wish to put on it. (Some examples of what other corps do: Put corp website that new members can join, corporation and alliance public chats that new players should join, some leadership positions so new members know who to contact if they have questions.)
Set a custom corp tax: Dust corp leaders are only able to set tax by only 1 digit from EVE you are giving a bit more flexibility and can set the corp tax using the decimals so you can have corp tax to 7.5 or 9.9 something that can not be achieved in Dust.
Set up EVE recruitment: EVE Online offers a recruitment tool which you can submit details about what your corporations does and what type of EVE pilots they are looking for. Then this goes into a data base and EVE pilots that are interested in finding corporations can look through your corp details and decide if they want to join. This is a way you can try and recruit some EVE pilots if interested.
Joining an Alliance: Dust Alliance exist that are focused around just helping each other squad up and conquer PC district(85% of all the PC districts are owned by corps in alliances) Although the problem being for smaller corporations is you need a EVE account in order to join an Alliance. Many corps only have dust players and no EVE players restricting them from joining Alliances. If you are interested in my service i can use my EVE account to send in an application on behave of your corp to join an alliance.
Alliance creation: Can provide alliance creation, if interested contact privately for more Info.
Messages me if you have questions or are interested in my services I can do as many of these things listed as you want in one visit(Alliance creation is an exception).
Reputation and previous works: I have been playing Dust since the first day of closed beta and EVE for about two and half years. During my time here in Dust I have handled and been entrusted with billions of ISK which have pasted through my hands. I have multi-100Million ISK services I run and will not do a thing that will harm my reputation. I am starting this service in order to get a secondary means of income in Dust.
You can see at the bottom of this thread a list of name of people who have trusted me with there ISK and have been satisfied with my services https://forums.dust514.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=1669285#post1669285

I noticed you forgot to mention Corporate Shares and how you will handle them.
Quote: 'Warning: 'DUST Character Share Limitations
At this time DUST characters are unable to participate in share management or the voting system nor can they assign or be assigned shares. Therefore in order to protect corporations created by a DUST character all corporate shares will be assigned to the DUST character by default, should the CEO title be transferred between DUST characters then the shares will also be transferred. However should an EVE character be placed in the CEO position the shares formerly owned by the DUST CEO will be placed into the corporate wallet, at which point that can be or accessed by those with the roles to do so. It should also be noted that a DUST character taking over a corporation from an EVE character will no longer have corp shares automatically assigned to them and may be vulnerable to having directors accessing unassigned corporate shares.
